SHADOWS - KALEIDOSCOPE
While 10 dancers performed inside the structure, I embodied the role of a shadow in the flesh, appearing on the dance floor.I was honored to develop the concept and create the choreography for a night-long performance at Moscow’s oldest nightclub. In collaboration with Tanya Ludanik -the set designer- we drew inspiration from achildren’s toy kaleidoscope, combining it with shadow theater. The choreography, lighting, and videomapping were designed to reflect the emotional journey of the ravers throughout the night.
